Process was quick. You get a call to interview with the Store Manager, interview is easy, they want to get to know you, ask about work experience, ask about your career goal whether working at Ross is temporary or have future plans to get to management.

The Ross cashier interview is brief and straightforward, focusing on customer service, handling busy environments, basic math, availability, and reliability. It often includes situational questions and may be followed by a quick hiring decision.
They ask basic work experience questions, basic problem solving questions, they confirm your availability and let you know you’ll receive an email/ phone call with start date and so on
