Long! Many steps. Lots of meetings and time between. But recruiter was great, stepped me through what to expect. Behavioral interviews at each step "Tell me about a time you faced a difficult situation..." etc. Took several months from first interview to offer. But I was employed and not actively looking so it was fine for me.

All behavioral and differed from interviewer to interviewer.
Old school interviewing at its worst. All they wanted was a one way interview. They need to stop asking for examples of this and that and actually have a conversation where they are learning about the skill set of the individual they are speaking with. I felt like they only want to meet with me to compare what my current company does.
Very lengthy interview process. Had to go through about 4 people for an entry level role. Could not interview all on the same day. Interviews were all 1 hour long even when there wasnt much left to say. Interviewers asked same questions over and over again.
