Interview
I was called to go in for an interview that was very short and a week later I was called in for orientation and watched training videos all day. Orientation was six hours long.
Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
They did a group interview where you had to answer questions on customer service and experiences. The interview was simple and wasn’t long, they would call you after a few days to let you know if you got the job.
