I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Sep 2019
Interview
First round was through the university's career services on campus. Then, was moved on to second rounds for the Planner Internship role. Ross flew candidates out to their building in New York City for a day trip in order to interview with three Ross employees in Planner roles.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Nov 2019
Interview
I was excited about this interview because the conversations I had leading up to it we’re great. The interview was basically a day - 4 different managers all asking me the same general questions they had been give from an HR template and all not able to tell me what they enjoyed about working at Ross.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
Process was fairly easy, except they made my come in multiple times and taking off of my current job was a struggle. I also find it a little inconsiderate that the company makes you come in face to face for an hour when it takes an hour to get into the city. The overall process can probably change now since we are all leaning more towards virtual meetings.
