I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (New York, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
Had one facetime interview and then was flown out to New York for three back to back interviews. The process was much more enjoyable than other interviews I had. Was more relaxed and they just wanted to get to know you while asking some of the regular questions.

Question 1
How has your schooling prepared you for a retail buying position.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ross Stores
Interview
I went through and introduction interview, and was told that the main team lead was on vacation, but would go through formal interviews once they got back. I sent multiple emails in the coming month, even just to get an official NO. The job is still posted and I have never been contacted again.

Question 1
Why do you think you would be a good fit for this role?
The interview went ok but they never closed the loop with me/didn't tell me that they weren't going to proceed with me as a candidate. She asked me about the salary I wanted and seemed taken aback by what I asked for even though I don't think it was unreasonable.
