I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ross Stores (Sunnyvale, CA)
Interview
Received call from the manager for in-person interview. Made me wait 20 mins but the interview went great. Offered me the job after three days and told me to wait for background check. I had to proactively call myself to see if it was cleared.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Since you previously worked for high end retail do you think you can work at Ross where it is mostly low key?
The interview process at Ross Dress for Less consisted of meeting with a store manager to discuss my customer service experience, cash handling skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. I was asked situational questions about handling customers, teamwork, and resolving problems. The process was straightforward and focused on my availability, work ethic, and ability to support store operations
Fast and easy! They mainly asked about my previous work experiences and my availability. They also asked what great customer service is like to you and why I would be a good fit to the company.

I interviewed at Ross Stores (Flagstaff, AZ)
Interview
I was interviewed over the phone and than asked to come in person. So I could meet the team and talk to them. It wasn't too hard but it was kind of a waste as I didn't get a call back.
