Interviewed with successive Sales Managers (3). talked about my backround and interest in the position and their backround and experience and success in the business.One interviewer told of his experience getting into the business and how he became successful at it -- about his background and the changes in his personality that accompanied working in sales.Another spoke of his immediate success and what it takes to sell and relate to customers and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of rejections.
