I applied online, they emailed me about coming in person for an interview. They (DON and admin) asked me a few questions and did a reference check. I went back a few days later to do paperwork but I honestly felt super rushed (didn’t send me an official offer either) so I asked for time to think about things. They respected that and let me go home.
