I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rokkun in Apr 2024
Interview
I recently attended an interview process that left me quite disappointed, not because the interview was tough, but because of how it was handled.
The first round included very basic technical questions, things like PHP methods and OOP concepts like inheritance. I cleared that round, although I was initially told I didn’t, due to confusion with another candidate. Later, the HR clarified I had actually cleared it and scheduled the second round.
The second round focused on roles, responsibilities, and challenges I’ve faced. Again, I answered confidently. I genuinely felt positive about the outcome.
But after three weeks of silence, I was informed that I was not selected. It left me wondering: was this truly about performance, or was there no budget or intent to hire in the first place?
As professionals, our time and energy deserve respect. If you're not hiring seriously, don’t waste candidates’ time. Hiring isn’t just about assessing skills, It reflects your company’s values too.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rokkun (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022

In technical round the questions were average if you have the skills which may he's the position and have better understanding of the required technology you can easily crack that round
