Process is quite straightforward, no-frills, no-nonsense. Nonetheless, your interviewers prefer to establish some rapport first and make sure you're all comfortable - framing the interview as more of a 'chat' rather than an interview proper - which I really appreciated. Speaking of no-nonsense, I first sent my CV to the recruiter, then worked on a case study, then secured an interview with then hiring manager then lastly, the final interview with one of the top brass of the company. But my experience might be different from others as I was reached out by a recruiter/headhunter; which might have already streamlined the entire process.

Interview
As usual there's an initial interview with HR. Then depending on the job applied there will be some kind of practical test. In the case of being an analyst, I was instructed to make a brief report about a certain industry in a specified geography. There may or may not have a presentation of your work. Afterwards, if they like your work, you'll proceed to another interview with the hiring manager, and if things work out, possibly another interview with a higher-up (which is usually the final interview). I would advise to keep relaxed but stay grounded, do your research, prep in advance, and you'll do fine. Emphasize how your skills fit with the requirements of the post.

Unfortunately, my experience during the first-stage interview was not as positive as I had hoped. While I came prepared to discuss my background in KYC/AML and demonstrate my suitability for the role, the tone of the interview felt dismissive and unprofessional. The interviewers were abrupt in their questioning and did not create a welcoming or respectful environment.
