Robert Darvas Associates had shared a job posting with the civil engineering department in which I was at the time, a structural engineering doctoral research fellow. I called their office to inquire about the job opening, to which they responded "Oh! I'm sorry, we only have structural engineering jobs available." The only piece of information they had about me was that I had a female voice.
