The company uses "hiring" to Senior Product Management as the way to get free professional services: after 3 stages of interviews they send quite big assessment (requiring to provide business-case judgement of about 8 pages); sending it they say, that you will present results later on-site. In reality there was no presentation planned and they sent rejection without any background explanation once the assessment was submitted.

Interview
It starts with the first call (get to know) then there is a Design/Technical Interview (reviewing your portfolio), and a meeting with the product manager to understand your strategy, and collaboration with stakeholders then there is a whiteboard or case study challenge.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief recht gut, und die HR Rep war sehr nett und transparent in Bezug auf alles. Sie hatte Standardfragen zum Vorstellungsgespräch und war sehr zuvorkommend. Nach dem Vorstellungsgespräch erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass zwar alles gut gelaufen sei, die Geschäftsführung einige Anforderungen für die Stelle geändert habe, wodurch ich nicht mehr qualifiziert sei. Schon nach dieser kurzen Interaktion wird deutlich, dass die Geschäftsführung des Unternehmens keine Ahnung hat, was sie tut.
