Interview
HR department set up the meeting but did not participate themselves. Interview was not prepared properly, out of structure and kind of weak. as HR wasn't there interviewer expressed their dissatisfaction with how the company is being managed from the C-level.
Was in 2 rounds, meet the direct manager and HR. Was easy going, discussed my past experiences and future expectations. We also discussed first few months and how to proceed from here.

Interview
They invited me to an interview that was professional, yet not awkwardly polite. It felt warm and humane to me. I just clicked with the HR. Speaking with the manager was an up and down rollercoaster that left me with doubts, even though I was certain I did well. They managed to challenge me and that was an interesting experience. I liked the company and its open-minded vibe. Emplyees are on the younger side, which helps.
