I interviewed at Ribbons & Reeves (London, England)
Interview
Call and then video - very nice and accommodating. They’ll ask about your experience and a talk through your CV followed by availability and start. They then need references and a video interview
I interviewed at Ribbons & Reeves (London, England)
Interview
Productive conversations with 2 sets of interviewers who were executive consultants and the founders/directors.
Enjoyed speaking with them and found they set expectations very clearly while giving me the opportunity to ask questions about company life
I delivered a short lesson to a group of approximately 5 students, while the interviewer observed. I was informed of the expected duration of the lesson and the ages and abilities of the students I would be teaching before the interview date so I could prepare. After delivering the lesson, I had a 5-minute traditional interview. The interviewer asked about my motivation for the role and posed a child safeguarding question.
