I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolution Management (Towson, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
The recruiter for the Towson office called me up after viewing my LinkedIn profile and really hyped up the entire company and experience, she did such an amazing job with making me want that job before I even understood what the job really was. I was then brought in for a 1:1 interview and he again really sold the company and everything they provide. It was only until i went in for the onsite interview where i saw what we would really be doing. We sell different products in Sam's Club etc. Coming from a job i worked 50 hours a week ( all day weekends ) The day to day was not appealing to me nor was still working weekends.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revolution Management (Lutherville Timonium, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
The hiring manager was very upfront about the company. Revolution Management isn't digital marketing company, or even a marketing company at all. What they do is hire people to stand in Cosco and sell new products like cosmetics, car wax, and other stuff like that.
Maybe that's what you're looking for, but it's certainly not a real job in Marketing.
