It was 1:1 interview. Started with my introduction such as studies and interests. Then described in detail about my relevant experience to the job title. After that I asked questions about the culture, values, and processes followed by the company.

Standard 2 interview process. No testing specific questions. More focus on billing requirements. This should have sounded alarm bells with me at the time... Will know better next time. Managers seemed to know almost nothing about software
