I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Revolgy (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
I had a very frustrating experience with Revolgy. After a 3-stage interview process, including reference checks and a lot of time invested, I was initially excited about the opportunity to join their team. The role seemed like a great fit.
However, despite being told that the role was available and that they were moving forward with my candidacy, I was left waiting for weeks without any clear answers. After reopening the position, I was assured that things were moving forward, only to be told again that there were internal changes that would delay or even cancel the role altogether. This kind of back-and-forth, lack of communication, and abrupt cancellation of the role was incredibly unprofessional and disheartening.
What made this even worse was that after keeping me in limbo for months, I was left with no options or clear path forward. It felt like my time and energy were wasted, and I couldn’t help but feel that I was misled throughout the process. The internal process seemed chaotic and lacked proper alignment, which is concerning when you’re looking to join a company that emphasises its team and values.
If you’re considering applying here, just be aware that the company may not be as stable or clear-cut as they appear. Communication is key, and Revolgy failed in that aspect in my experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Role play questions where you were given scenarios and had to act as the consultant. E.g optimising kubernetes costs, recommending GCP services for a startup company.
Dear Candidate,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we are truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment our hiring process caused you. We acknowledge that the way we handled your candidacy fell short of the professional standards we strive to uphold.
We genuinely value the feedback you’ve shared — it’s incredibly important for helping us improve. We’re actively working to address the gaps you experienced.

Interview
The interview process was ok, just like in any other company. First, an interview with HR manager, then with the hiring manager, then a test assignment, then presenting it, and after it a coffee with the company's founder
