Returnbear Backend Engineer interview questions

1. General Discussion with an engineering manager 2. Got a take home assignment. Spent 8 hours on it and sent it back. Got ghosted by them, I asked them politely about the process twice. no response no feedback, nothing. Just waisted 8 hours of my life for these people without even being acknowledged. There's obviously sth very wrong here.
