About an hour long interview with the Content Lead. It was pretty difficult, and I had also provided them with suggestions for improvements to their website.
After my interview, I got completely ghosted. I have a feeling that these people are not only unprofessional, but they also steal your ideas and you'll never hear back from them again. Avoid.
The recruitment process was both clear and friendly, including the technical aspects. The HR representative was very professional and personable and provided plenty of encouragement throughout the process. Technical interviews involved in-depth discussions that effectively assessed technical skills and thought processes. Additionally, the meeting with the CEO was incredibly insightful and clearly demonstrated their genuine concern for the team, the people and the overall business.
