Interview
4 rounds, second round was case, the rest were behavioural. The case was a typical strategy consultant case but focused on their industry.
None of the behavioural questions were hard, or had curveball questions. I felt like they were really going by work experience, grades and profile. I don't think there was much agency in the quality of my answers or my performance in the interview that would have changed the outcome.

Interview
a few rounds, both technical and behavioural. friendly people and conversational type of interview. there was not a lot of flexibility with in office days which was a dealbreaker for me as me current job was fully remote
