Phone screen with the Controller for 30 mins, then onsite with team where you meet multiple personnel within the business. The office is a house located on land, its warm and welcoming, and feels like a WFH environment without the isolation.

Interview
The interview process is thorough and lengthy. They work really hard to ensure the person they hire fits their team and that their goals and values align. I have a ton of respect for Rebekah Shipman and her organization. I ultimately received another offer from a different company and opted to discontinue the interview process with RDS.

I felt the interview questions were fairly standard and straightforward.
Very in depth. They believe in culture and want to make sure they find the right guys to fit in. The interview was 4-5 rounds including phone interview, in person interview, and panel interview.
