After five interviews, no feedback. No follow-up. Wasted too much time during this process. I certainly wouldn't want to work for an organization that provides no feedback. Disappointing to say the least
Very typical. Starts with the email or call from HR and then speaking with HR. Then move on to the hiring manager and possibly team, and then a Senior Manager or Director. I seemed to connect with hiring manager right away, which was nice.

Interview
Conference room interview with four individual consecutive interviewers. Questions were standard: walk through work history, strengths and weaknesses, how would you handle stress and deadlines. All interviewers were very welcoming allowing for the candidate to feel very comfortable and not in the spot light. I enjoyed the experience and opportunity.
