Friendly , interviewer took time to describe the role and process . The interviewer also patiently reply to all my questions , gave constructive feedback , and replied to follow-up e-mails.

The interview with the staff was incredibly charming. They were very much down to earth and relatable. I really wanted to work on their team. However, the onboarding process was a headache, HR asked for and interviewed 6 different references of mine and also asked for a police report before giving me the contract offered. When the contract was offered it was incredibly low, especially for a work day that was 7 am to 5 pm, and it didn't take into account my years of experience. The HR team seemed unwilling to negotiate a higher salary and did not respond to my email asking to negotiate for higher compensation based off my years of experience. Overall, I really enjoyed learning about their school and their community and I enjoyed the experience.
