The interview process with Replit was great actually. It was challenging but also very open to interpretation. Everyone was incredibly friendly but there were some red flags that came up. It seems like Replit is currently in a "go fast and break things" mentality. They also made it very clear that their current velocity does not lend itself employees creating a strong work-life-balance. My issue with the company is it's CEO who has written an ideological manifesto about tech practices and behaviors. In essence he has created a hard coded Company Culture guide that is compulsory. This is very odd as something as interpersonal as Company Culture should be curated but organic in nature.
