Repliq (Bangladesh) interview questions

The interview happened some time last year. The process started on an online platform, with an automated video screening test asking some quite generic questions. After that they sent a quiz. The quiz was very interesting, asking some truly creative questions. Although I think my quiz performance was not good enough. I got sent a take home assignment. The assignment was certainly not generic. The task was not just a design task but also a rationale document which was formatted something like a case study. I found that interesting. Finally the day of the interview came. It was such an annoying thing, this process took more than 2 months! They claim they have a large pool of candidates, but the salary range was pretty low, idk, I guess the market is horrible. Anyways the interview was the best part of the process, the product designer who was taking the interview was so friendly and knowledgeable, the interview didn't even feel like an exam it felt more like a knowledge sharing session. Although I was later not selected, but the interviewer gave me learning materials and ways for improvement right in the interview.

It was good. I was nervous at the first time. Interviewer was friendly. The interview was held in teams. At first I had some internet issue but interviewer wait for me.
