Applied by sending my interview to a recruiter I met on campus. I didn't hear back until a few months later and the multi-stage interview process began from there. The first interview was over the phone and consisted of my interests and going over my experience. They also told me a little bit about ReliaQuest and the then set up a second in person interview. The second interview consisted of meeting the recruiter and touring the facilities, we also went over my resume and talked about potential pay and what the role entailed. The third interview was over the phone and was a technical interview, and the questions started out easy and got harder as they went. The fourth interview was in person with two department heads and again consisted of going over my experience and skills.
