Quick 20 min call where you have to role-play. There is no time to build trust, and it doesn't give a fair chance to people with no acting skills. The scenarios were interesting but challenging under these circumstances.

Role play interview questions with little context. "What would you say to a man trying to meet a woman?" Screening conversation was short and more role play than discussing resume or background.

Very good, they emailed me time and date, time was a bit odd, it was at 5:00 in the morning; but its understandable, as the job also requires you to have a flexible routine. But anyway, the meeting went smooth, but my career goals didn't match with the role requirements, and I expressed it openly, so maybe that's why they didn't give me an offer.
