Reizend IT Consultants interview questions

The interview process comprised three stages: a written aptitude test, a technical interview, and an HR interview. Unfortunately, I was not successful in the technical interview and therefore did not progress further in the selection process.

I travelled from Malappuram to Thiruvananthapuram to attend their aptitude test, which I later realized was conducted for only four candidates. Out of those, two of us were shortlisted for the technical and final discussions. I completed all interview rounds, including the final discussion with the director, and was informed I would receive a call if selected. However, despite multiple follow-ups and polite check-ins, I did not receive any clear update on my status. HR repeatedly responded that there was “no update till now,” and the communication stopped without a final closure. I respect that companies have their own internal processes, but candidates also invest significant time, effort, and travel. Clear communication—whether selected or not—goes a long way in maintaining professionalism and respect. I hope the company improves transparency in their hiring process so that future candidates don’t face uncertainty after completing multiple rounds.
