Bad organised interview and hiring process. They contacted me one single time directly, everything is arranged through the headhunter.
At the beginning I was told the company wouldn't cover transportation costs to the interview, I had to pay it myself. Then I thanked for the opportunity and said goodbye. The headhunter then decided to pay for the transportation costs herself.
In the end I got an offer for the position. They send me a contract directly without telling me before the terms. After I sent a respectful email to thank for the opportunity and to negotiate the terms (which weren't previously communicated), I was told they felt offended by the email and were withdrawing the offer. Later I was told if I apologized for my email I still could try to negotiate some of the terms (!!!!).
Of course I didn't follow up on that.
Never seen such a messy and unprofessional hiring process in my life.
