Two interviews. One with roughly 5 individuals from the company participating. The second was off-site with two individuals. One was the owner. First interview was casual. Not too many questions, but definitely thorough. The second was very difficult. Some of the questions were inappropriate. The shift in feel from the first interview to the second was night and day.
