It was very respectful and HR is very nice. The interview process will press you on specific things, I would not recommend a job in the correctional industry if you have 0 experience dealing with high stress jobs.

Interview
Questions were basic but my interviewer was clearly not interested in anything i had to say .. it was over before it even started very unprofessional. she even pretended to be writing notes when it was VERY obvious she did not care nor was writing anything down.

Interview
There were two phases. The first one was self-monitored with a video recording and the second involved four HR reps with four questions. The first set was fairly standard, asking you to describe yourself, how you would fill out an incident report and a customer response call to someone who was unhappy about getting a ticket.
The second round was a bit more specific with a question that could be invasive.
