I initially applied through the company and was told it would be easier to go through a temp service. They made the process alot simpler and easier to maneuver. Had i not gone through the temp service, then i doubt that i would have gotten the job. But, looking back, maybe that was a bad thing.

Interview
Initial communication via email asking for a call.
The call was more of a "this is who we are ".
A face to face interview about a week later with area manager. He asked questions regarding my previous jobs: favorite this about it / worst thing about it, how do I work best-micro or macro management?
Another face to face interview with the regional manager.

A question regarding how well I could handle the sell windows, some of which are 8 weeks, others could be almost 1 year.
