I should seriourly say that the process is worst. They called for Interview forteh post of SCM manager, After all the interview they rejected saying that the position is for Senior and doubted if i can handle the team for my age. Later was asked if I can be there for Project Manager and I have accpeted later by it was confirmed to provide an offer letter. Later I was informed that, I was rejected for saying, "I do not agree for being micro managed".
