The application process consisted in total of 4 rounds to get to know the company, mission of the position and the team and lasted a bit more than 3 weeks: an initial chat with the HR recruiter, presentation of a case study, getting to know the management and the team. I felt well accompanied by the HR recruiter for each step who contacted me via phone calls on a regular basis to give me updates on my progress and collect my feedback.

Everything started great.
HR was friendly, tech interview went well. Interview with a team was full of great emotions. And on the next week I've got reject instead of offer.
It was like a storm in clear sky - unexpected and strange.
Not recommend to spend time with this company.
