Interview
The whole company has a welcoming feel to it. So the interviewing session was casual accordingly. The interviewers ask about the applicant's resume and some standard interview questions, followed by simple engineering questions like "Where would this part break?" Solving a situational design problem like "How would you redesign this drawer to slide down as well as slide out?" All in all, great warm people working there, they are genuine and was an great interviewing experience.
