Rama Gaming House interview questions

I had two official rounds of interviews for a job (about 4.5 weeks). The first one was with the head of HR/Marketing, and they asked me traditional screening-type questions with a focus on my extensive experience with rewards-based programs. After that, I had an interview with the Co-Founders, which was not structured, in the sense they did not have questions planned. However, it allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed, which I took full use of to learn about their vision and showcase how I could simply their process and implement cool initiatives for growth. In fact, thinking back, I don't recall them asking me a question other than at the beginning when they wanted me to explain my work history. All in all, I followed up with them after not hearing back, but I was informed that I did not get the offer. In the end, I am not sure if the team was fully committed to filling this role and was instead using the interview process to try and convince themselves. I probably wouldn't recommend to a friend since I'm not sure they are committed to filling the roles. - I might be mistaken, however.
