I didn't even get to the interview process. After being contacted to set up an interview date, they didn't follow up on the emails, nor did they call on the given date. Upon setting another date to interview, again they didn't follow up or call. Never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.

Other Pattern Cutter interview reviews for Ralph & Russo
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Ralph & Russo (London, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
This was a skills review, obviously based on skill and time taken to finish garment.
Unfortunately when I arrived they hadn't set aside a place for me to work, there was no free mannequins for me to work on based on what they required. I prepared what I needed thinking in at least an hour I'd get a free mannequin, as mentioned by the atelier assistant. Didn't get to start draping till 4 hours later when one was given to me.
In the end, when I met with the head of the atelier, who had been out all week, she didn't say or ask much of anything. I felt neglected and very disappointed by the whole experience.
I didn't get offered that position because she said it took me too long to complete and obviously I wasn't as advanced in what they were looking for, no problem. In the end I wasn't even bothered to explain what happened most of the time with lack of space to work, shortage of mannequin issues, etc... I was offered another position, but declined the offer.
It would have been an honour to work at R&R, but to the working environment was not for me.
