Interview
The recruiter ghosted me and never joined our first scheduled screening call on Teams. I sat waiting for 20 minutes. I immediately emailed them and asked if there were any issues, or need to reschedule. They did not email me back until 4 days later and said that “Teams did not show anyone was waiting in the lobby”. No apology or anything. I am not sure how this would work and have never had any issues interviewing on Teams. They asked me to reschedule but I did not move forward with this company. The whole thing seemed very unprofessional and I was no longer interested in working for RallyX.
The interviewer ghosted me for the phone interview. Never received a call nor an apology email asking to reschedule. Had me waiting for an entire hour. Left me disappointed and not eager to follow up, especially since I made myself as distinct as one could before an interview by connecting with the recruiter on LinkedIn, practicing good emailing protocols when arranging the date & time for interview, etc.

Interview
I was brought in for one single in person interview. The interview style was not like any I have ever experienced. I was brought into what looked like a classroom and had a fairly relaxed conversation with some team members. Later an HR manager came in and discussed the company's devotion to their religion. I was explained how it was ingrained into the fabric of the company's culture. This was largely due to the owner/founder/ majority shareholder being a very religious person.
