I went for the interview in this company it is very good company to start career but in this company every day interview is going on and they do not care about the interviewee because who have a reference those candidate easily select in this company and other candidate if have knowledge also they have been declined ,taking timepass interview

First telephonic conversation/round , second face to face technical round, third technical round coding test easy, last managerial round discussion. Whole process was pathetic Java guy who took my interview think he is java guru and owner of company. Asked questions on core java, spring MVC spring boot . Also he give me some coding questions to solve on letter head which I think he also not able to solve basically he tried to check my coding standards and thought process to solve which he don't have. The senior employees or technical person there think they are master of java , spring framework because they are working in very very small company so they have that kind of mindsets , This guys are like that frog in the small pond. I also heard there is psycho person working in Devops because of him many employees left company also heard they don't provide offer letter, experience letter , appointment letter to employees so please think before joining.
