I applied for the graduate consulting position with RSM UK. I had to do an online assessment and then a job simulation. The job simulation included video interview questions, with 3 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer. Following the job simulation, it was an extremely long wait before hearing an outcome on that stage (~5 months)
