I went for an interview here, but the interview process was poor, and they showed little interest in hiring candidates.
Job Role: Junior Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer
I will share my interview experience:
There were over 100 job seekers present for the interview, including both freshers and experienced individuals.
After entering and submitting my resume at the reception, we were asked to be seated inside the company.
1st Round:
In the first round, a Group Discussion was conducted to check communication skills. As this is a US-based company, fluency in English was important. In my case, the interviewer gave the topic 'No Topic is the Topic', which was unclear, and they expected an answer from us.
I talked about politics and elections, as it's the PM election time. Suddenly, the interviewer asked cross questions.
After this, the next question was, 'Do you have a girlfriend?'
I answered NO. I Googled it after leaving the company, and below is the response from the search:
According to Quora, it's not appropriate for interviewers to ask about an individual's relationship status or reasons for being single. Some types of interview questions can be used to discriminate against applicants, and it is within your rights to refuse to answer them.
After this round was completed, we were asked to wait. Then they called me and said, 'You can leave; we will call you later.'
The office ambiance is good, and the IT infrastructure/assets are also good. They have heavily invested in the office.
