      Bookkeeper Interview

      Nov 21, 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at RLR Associates

      Interview

They started with a phone interview, then an assesment. After those steps they brought me into their office and I interviewed with the department head and another manager. I t was a good experience. They were professional, the interview went more like a conversation than anything. I did get an offer, it was a really good offer too but declined due to personal reasons. It had nothing to do with them

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The weirdest question was if I could be any type of food what would I be and why, but for 98% it was position specific questions and why I thought I would be a good fit.
