Very Informal, a phone call where we talked about past experiences and future desires. The interviewer was late to the call and I had to call. The interview was short and I did not hear back.

Interview
Had an initial Teams interview, followed by an in-person interview with the full team. Never heard back from the firm following the in-person interview. Sent a couple follow-up emails, but never received a fulsome response or feedback.
Two stage interview:
First met with some of the partners
Second: interview with senior attorney and managing partner.
The interview turned into a conversation towards the end and it was relaxing.
