I applied for the role in March and HR contacted me for the initial call. Then it took nearly 2 months until I got the interview schedule. The HR was very nice, responsive and supportive. The first interview was smooth (I think), the interviewer was very straightforward and gave me a case study to discuss how I would plan and execute a paid social project. However, after the first interview, I haven't heard anything from them for a month. I decided to send an email to the HR to ask about the process, but it seems like I will never receive a response from them anymore. I don't know why they ghost the candidates like that. I read some negative reviews on Glassdoor about them, but it still disappointed me.
