Interview
The interview process was quite professional, but my interviewer (the owner) seemed to avoid the true tasks that the position required. For instance, I was sold on the companies culture and the environment but wasn't told that the job was a door to door sales job. They glamorized the position ultimately making it seem like it was a lot more than it was. Seems like a scam and a pyramid scheme. Would not recommend.

What qualities do you think would make you a good candidate for the position?
I walked in where two young ladies were sitting on the couch apparently waiting to be interviewed. I found this odd considering I was on time for the appointment. I was then told to fill out a questionnaire which was another red flag considering they already had my resume and asked me to bring a hard copy. The two young ladies were seen before me and I allowed 10 mins before I walked. Unprofessional, unorganized, disrespectful. Latest Jacksonville recruitment scam.

Everyone is so nice and has good energy. They communicate well and fast. The interview process was not long and drawn out. They are all so motivational and I look forward to be apart of their company.
