I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
The questions themselves weren't particularly challenging, but the real difficulty lay in the time constraint. You're expected to tackle four questions within a 70-minute window. First one was very simple question about arrays. Second was on rotated array. Third was on 2D Matrix. Last one was on DP.

I applied online. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2025
Interview
After applying I received an invite for an online coding assessment (I think Hackerrank). It was 4 questions, 1 of which was easy, 2 were easy/medium, and the last was medium/hard (in leetcode standards). I got 500/600 and got invited to the superday. 75 min group behavioral interview where you have to work together and pitch a presentation to the interviewers, followed by a 75 minute technical interview (1 system design, 1 leetcode medium, 1 explain your past technical experiences). They get back to you fairly quickly, within a week of all interviews concluding.
