Interview
First was a video call with the HR which went pretty well. The interview was pleasant and mostly getting to know each other . After that, I was assigned with certain tasks like creating test plan, test cases, API testing on a game called Superblocs. One week was given for that. After completing the tasks, I was called for a second interview with the hiring managers (Director and QA lead). Basically all that was done was going though my CV and discuss about the roles and responsibilities I had in the previous projects I worked on. Interview lasted about 30 minutes. I could say Im slightly confused about how the interview went as everything was already there in my CV and was there to be read. Despite completing the assignments and also getting good feedback on it, I was rejected. When there are tasks assigned which consumes some significant amount of your time, you expect them to give a proper feedback after the interview but I never received one.
Smooth and interactive , the recruiter was considerate an made you feel comfortable so I can't complain of anything. The interview question was moderate and fun to work on. Everything is worth a five star.

Interview
I found the vacancy and applied through LinkedIn. Soon enough an HR Manager contacted me, we discussed their roles and the company. Then they asked me to run a take-home task (a backend API solution), prior to any technical interview. It took me several days to complete it, basically, I did my best on this. I got no review feedback from them but standard "...As one of the leaders within our industry, we receive many qualified applicants like yourself".
Don't waste your time on take-home assignments! They show only that the companies value their own time (so not offer technical interviews), not yours.
