I saw an advertisement online from a private company (the name wasn't shown) and I applied. After 4 or 5 days I received a call from Addeco in Hermosillo, Sonora (the city in which the job was requested). I received an invitation to go to Addeco and I got a psychological evaluation or "Personality Quiz". 3 days after applying I received a phone call from the capital (Mexico) and I got my first interview. We were speaking about general matter such as my vision, skills and why I think I can be a good part of the company, this conversation was held in a period of 30 minutes approximately. the interviewer was very nice and friendly. This was the second filter that I passed. Again, after 2 or 3 days I received a call, this time from Hermosillo, asking me to go to the company directly to get an interview from who was going to become my boss. We were speaking for about 20 minutes, it was a short and nice interview, I answered all the questions properly and she gave me an small tour around the place and explained what were the functions of each member. This was the third stage that I passed. After 2 days I received a phone call asking for a second meeting, telling that they had been evalutating the candidates and that they had chosen me. I was asked to go to the franchise directly to sign my contract. I started working the same week I signed the contract.
