- Two technical interviews with management and senior technical personnel ( each 2hrs long) - The whole interview process took 3 months - No offer of employment was given ( silly reasons) - Management lack clarity and direction - Management unable to make up their mind and poor ethics - Even the third party recruitment consultants advised me not to proceed with the company - This gave me a bad reputation about the company - The truth: Even though I recieved an offer, I would have declined it. - Gald that I did not end up in a fickle minded company
