Fairly straightforward online CV upload followed by a remote interview with two section managers. I think this was out of protocol rather than necessity, as one manager did all the talking whilst the other appeared to working on other things.
Role was relatively technical/specialised so was expecting a relatively informal interview aligned with that, however to my surprise it was a very generic, old school, off-the-peg affair (see examples), plus the usual going over one's CV/experience.
Was unsuccessful - basic feedback was given, though again this was fairly generic (others more aligned to role etc.) with no further explication, so unsure whether it was a hard no or if it's worth applying for roles in future.
Overall - average experience. Based on my experience, would recommend preparing some set answers to the usual questions.
